OmniUpdate Unveils Web CMS Version 8.1 Providing Performance Improvements and Key New Feature

Company Continues Its Focus on Satisfying Higher Education Client Needs

Camarillo, CA - December 28, 2008 - OmniUpdate, the leading provider of web content management software (CMS) for higher education, today released its CMS version 8.1. This upgrade includes both performance improvements and a new key feature called Stale Page Reminder.

The Stale Page Reminder allows individual users to create an automatic email notice that gets sent after a set number of days (established by the user) if a specified page has not been updated. This reminder can be sent to the user or any group of users and can be set independently for any page in the OmniUpdate CMS. This feature will help to ensure that key web pages are always updated within a set time frame.
