Ready to Join the Social Media Mashup?

OU MashupIn today's social world, media feeds are scattered and visitors have to navigate away from your website to get the latest scoop. Why not keep them on your site to get updates? Our newest module for our OU Campus™ web content management system (CMS) does just that. OU Mashup™ creates an interactive focal point for social engagement on your website.

This social media hub is a one-stop interactive display of everything that's important to your institution. It pulls in your Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Flickr, and other social media feeds. It can be modified to display posts from usernames, pages, or specific hashtags by simply updating content settings in OU Campus. A customizable display allows you to showcase your social media content the way you want it and where you need it.

Cascadia MashupCascadia Community College was our first customer to jump on this mashup bandwagon. Cascadia displays a "Trending" section on their home page that showcases the latest post from each of their selected feeds. By clicking on the Trending header, the visitor is taken to a further customized page that allows the visitor to toggle between his or her feed of choice.

With OU Mashup, we provide the template or integrate with your existing templates; you simply choose the content to be displayed. It's that easy.

OU Mashup is great for mobile sites (integrates with jQuery Mobile), blogs, events, or any landing page. Plus, content is updated automatically.

Check out OU Mashup in action on our own OmniUpdate site. We've customized the page so visitors are able to toggle between individual networks to see the latest posts or view them as an aggregate.

Your website is one of the most powerful marketing tools for your institution. So it's important to keep your visitors on your site. Let us help you achieve that goal with OU Mashup.
