Dennis comes to OmniUpdate with more than 18 years of experience in the software industry, having worked with both startup and publicly traded companies, including IBM and Intuit. As a hands-on leader and problem solver recognized for building high-performing global and outsourced organizations, Dennis brings solid expertise in end-to-end strategic planning, process improvement, statistical analysis, and execution to OmniUpdate.
Prior to joining OmniUpdate, Dennis made his mark at CrownPeak, where he built a customer success program from the ground up by establishing a repeatable customer engagement methodology.
