OmniUpdate + Destiny Solutions Wins 2020 Stevie® Award for Customer Service Department of the Year

Software Company Honored with Stevie Award for Seventh Consecutive Year at the 14th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service

Camarillo, CAMarch 3, 2020—OmniUpdate + Destiny Solutions, the leading web content management system and student lifecycle management system provider for higher education, was honored with a Bronze Stevie® Award for Customer Service Department of the Year in the Public Services & Education category at the 14th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service in Las Vegas. The company also won the 2020 People’s Choice Stevie® Award for Favorite Customer Service in Public Services & Education.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world's top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. More than 2,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes in 48 nations and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year's competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 180 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees.
