2020 OmniUpdate User Training Conference
OUTC20 Canceled Due to Pandemic
Due to the continued pandemic and our commitment to the safety of all our customers and employees, we are officially canceling the 2020 OmniUpdate User Training Conference (OUTC20), which was re-scheduled for August 31 - September 4, 2020.
We are in the midst of planning for the conference in 2021, and while we don’t have the details ironed out yet, you can expect exciting new show components, including new training and networking opportunities.
So what does this mean for registered attendees of OUTC20?
If you have a paid registration for OUTC20, you have two options:
- You can roll over your already paid badge(s) to the 2021 event. Doing so will lock
you in at the 2020 rate in case of a price increase next year. We will notify you
of our 2021 program information as it becomes available.
- You can cancel completely, and we will process a full refund of your paid registration. To request a refund, please contact your OmniUpdate Account Manager or Linda Faciana, Marketing Events Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks.
